  • JUST one change for England…

Aidy Boothroyd has just made one change from the squad that started Friday's game against Turkey.

Captain Ben Godfrey has come in to replace Jonathan Panzo.

  • MICHAEL OWEN piles the pressure on the Young Lions ahead of kick-off.

Speaking ahead of the game at KCOM, Owen said: “We had a very disappointing summer, we had so much promise and talent in this squad.

“But it's not easy, tournament football.

“But we get another bite of the cherry tonight.”

  • AIDY BOOTHROYD predicts England will have a "difficult game" against Kosovo.

The Young Lions manager said: “Kosovo currently sit on top of the group, after winning their two games in June and they’ve impressed me.

“They’re an emerging nation and they’re very well organised, very quick and strong.

“They have momentum and spirit as a nation. If you look at their senior team, they’re doing well too and it looks like we’re seeing the resurgence of another Balkan state.

“They look desperate to compete and desperate to win, so I’m anticipating a very difficult game against them especially on the back of our trip to Turkey for the first game.”
