Alexandre Lacazette's agent 'to meet Arsenal today' amid transfer interest from Barcelona

ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE’S agent is reportedly set to hold transfer talks with Arsenal today.

Yahoo Sport FR claims the star could be heading to Barcelona this summer after a mixed season under Unai Emery.

Lacazette scored 19 goals in 49 appearances as the Gunners finished fifth and lost the Europa League final to Chelsea.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was often preferred as Emery’s central striker.

And any games Lacazette started usually ended with him being subbed off early in the second half.

It’s believed he is open to leaving North London just two years after a £50million move from Lyon.

And it appears Barcelona are serious about poaching Lacazette from the Premier League.

The Spaniards were linked with a £70m offer earlier this season.

It led to Lacazette openly admitting he was “flattered” by their interest.

And social media was sent into meltdown when a bug on Barcelona’s website appeared to show Lacazette as one of their own players.

However, it is reckoned that Atletico Madrid are also keen on Lacazette after Antoine Griezmann announced his intention to quit the Wanda Metropolitano.
