MANCHESTER UNITED are still desperate to get their transfer business done with only days remaining before the close of the summer transfer window.

Romelu Lukaku appears set for the exit and Christian Eriksen will not be heading north from Tottenham – while fans have come out claiming they want Wilfried Zaha back at the club after he handed a transfer request in at Crystal Palace.

  • UNITED fans have demanded that their club sign Wilfried Zaha after the Ivorian submitted a transfer request to Crystal Palace.

    The 26-year old has been linked with moves to both Arsenal and Everton this summer, and the transfer request likely comes in response to a recent bid from the Toffees for his services.

    Zaha left Old Trafford in 2015, but it seems supporters in the red half of Manchester would be keen to have him back.

    Brad tweeted: “Bring back Wilfried Zaha to the club as he is the type of player we need”

    Meanwhile, Emma said: “I would love to see Zaha back at United just saying.“

  • MANCHESTER UNITED are willing to pay £81million to sign Inaki William from Athletic Bilbao, according to El Chiringuito TV.

    United are looking for cover up-front as Romelu Lukaku's exit edges closer.

    Williams played for Bilbao in a pre-season friendly at West Ham on Saturday and scored his side's second goal in the 2-2 draw.
