Woman who had boob job for ex-lover removes implants after ‘spiritual awakening’

A woman who had a boob job to feel more desirable to her ex says she's much happier since having them removed.

Sofia Hayat, from London, was 30 when she had plastic surgery to have her breasts enhanced.

But after four years of having a big chest, a hallucinogenic experience apparently made her rethink her decision.

The singer and actor decided to have the cosmetic procedure after noticing her ex-partner preferred bustier women.

Now looking back, she wishes she had considered the physical impact that surgery could have on her body.

After having her breasts enhanced, Sofia thinks she became "more of a sex symbol" and was lusted over by lots of men and women.

She told the Mirror: "You do not think about the pain and risks when you have the operation.

"It is a decision made by how one person made me feel about myself. I would rather be beautiful over being a sex symbol."

Sofia also claimed that many men thought if you had implants it's only for sex.

She decided to turn back on her implants after having what she described as a "spiritual awakening" when she drank ayahuasca.

The beverage is a plant-based psychoactive which causes hallucination commonly used among communities in the Amazon.

Describing her experience, she said: "It made me not want implants anymore.

"It made me more spiritually aware of my body, and bought me back to my true self, my true energy."

The drink also made her realise that her implants were hindering her rather than helping.

Despite the changes, Sofia admits it was still difficult to adjust to have a smaller cut size again.

But after 10 days of being wrapped up, she was elated to look at her natural boobs.

She also claimed the implants made her feel "like a robot" because they weren't real.

Now the singer has realised a music healing album, Wisdom of the Mother, as she feels "amazing" and free of judgement from others.

Sofia concluded: "I would say never let anyone or anything make you feel like you are not good enough.

"You are perfect, you are beautiful and you are unique."
