Who is Wendy Williams' Husband and How Many Times Has he Been Accused of Cheating?
If you’ve been following what’s been going on with Wendy Williams in the news lately, then you know her relationship with her husband, Kevin Hunter, hasn’t been the easiest.
Last week when Williams admitted to living in a sober house, fans immediately worried that Hunter’s rumored infidelity may have had something to do with the talk show host’s struggle.

Williams’ struggle with addiction
“For some time now, and even today and beyond, I have been living in a sober house,” she told her audience on The Wendy Williams Show. “And you know I’ve had a struggle with cocaine in my past. And I never went to a place to get the treatment. I don’t know
On Monday, it was reported that Hunter’s alleged mistress Sharina Hudson had given birth. Though it has not been confirmed whether the baby is Hunter’s or not, the situation doesn’t look good.
Later that day, Williams checked herself out of the sober house, got too drunk, and wound up in the hospital.
So, who is the man who has been causing Williams so much grief?
Who is Hunter?
Hunter may be a television producer now, but when he met Williams in 1994 he was just a salon owner. The two met at a skating rink and dated for three years before getting married. In 2000, Williams gave birth to their son Kevin Jr. Since then, Hunter has become her manager and helped her start The Wendy Williams Show.

Hunter’s infidelity
These most recent accusations of infidelity aren’t the first that Hunter has had against him. In 2013, Williams told VLAD TV that she found out her husband was cheating when she overheard him on the phone with another woman.
“I had already had the baby,” she told the outlet according to People “When you deliver a baby the mother doesn’t get much sleep anyways. Little Kev might have been one month old…and I wasn’t back to work yet.”
When she heard Hunter on the phone, she went to go check it out.
“I overheard some greasy talk from the next room,” she continued. “‘Well who is he talking to?’ I tipped and I crept and I heard what I heard. I was like ‘Wow okay, so this is how it’s going down.’”
Williams ultimately forgave her husband for this transgression.

In 2008 a former employee of The Wendy Williams Experience, Williams’ radio show, alleged that Hunter had abused her.
Nicole Spence filed a lawsuit stating that Williams’ husband had sexually harrassed her. She also said that she saw Hunter physically assault Williams.
Throughout all of this, Williams has defended her husband and tried to shut up those that ever made claims against them. She even sent a cease and desist letter to LoveBScott when the outlet claimed that Hunter was cheating on her.
“Anybody who’s been married for 5 minutes or 500 years, you know marriages have ebbs and flows,” Williams previously said on her show. “Marriages are not easy. Don’t ask me about mine until you see this [ring] gone and it ain’t going anywhere—not in this lifetime.”
Williams was recently seen without her ring but has since put it back on.
