This Morning creates lookalike living spaces with two VERY different price tags… so can YOU spot which one is more expensive?

These two living rooms are identical in almost every way – except for their price tags.
The spaces were showcased by This Morning to show viewers how a high-end look can be created without breaking the bank.
From picture frames to pillow cases and lampshades to throws, the interiors segment pitted accessories together from retailers like John Lewis with ones like Poundland.
Presenters Ruth and Eammon were left struggling to tell the two apart, despite the more expensive accessories costing a total of £370, while the budget versions cost £47.99.

They started by comparing photo frames, with the first being a 20 x 25 photo frame, which cost £18 from John Lewis. They all agreed that it was great quality.
But they compared it against a £17 Poundland offering which looked exactly the same.
Next were the cushions, with the first being a John Lewis velvet teal cushion, which cost £25. But a similar cushion from Asda would only set you back £5 – saving £20.

Next was candles and the first was the most expensive Jo Malone pomegranate 3 wick candle, left, which is priced at £120. The Aldi pomegranate glass candle cost £3.99
Going on to throws they compared one from Debenhams, which cost £60, with them admitting that it was luxury and would keep you warm.
But the Primark version, in grey, was only £14. Although they said in this situation it really was comfort over price, with Ruth thinking the Primark throw was too scratchy.
But opting for the cheaper one would mean that you could get a saving of £46.

They also compared two vases, with similar styles, but if you chose the Poundland version you could save £30.50.
Next was candles and the first was the most expensive Jo Malone pomegranate 3 wick candle, which is priced at £120.
They admitted that, ‘of course Jo Malone uses very expensive scents and they last,’ but still compared it to the cheaper version.
Which was the Aldi pomegranate glass candle, which cost £3.99. This was the biggest saving, which came to £116.01.

Next were very similar wine glasses, with one version from Debenhams costing 7.99 and the other from Poundland. They revealed that if you got a set of four you could save £24.76.
Lastly were the table lamps, with the more expensive copper based lamp, from John Lewis, costing £45, while the version from Dunlem cost £22, making a saving of £23.
If you opted for the cheaper versions of the products they revealed that you could save £259.50 – with the more expensive items costing 307.49, while the others would be £47.99.
