‘Posing naked is liberating – but one photoshoot scars me now I’m a mum’
A former Playboy model who loves posing nude was mortified when raunchy pictures of her emerged online of her as a teenager.
Carmella DeCesare claims she was deceived by photographers when she was an aspiring teenage model.
“Some of the photographers that have taken our pictures and say ‘we’re gonna see this but they won’t show this’…" she recalled on the Girls Next Door podcast.

“I have pictures on the internet that I can think of specifically from a shoot.
"It was an online guy and you know you’re 18, 19 and you’re told that ‘we see it but they’re never gonna publish this’.
"But they’re out there and I have to live with it …being a mum and having children."
Carmella, who once appeared in the centrefold of the iconic Playboy magazine, said the shoot had nothing to do with the company.
“I don’t regret posing for Playboy and I would do it again – if it were around and I was that age – but I wouldn’t have taken those photos," she added.
Carmella also spoke about her experience on the Secrets of Playboy documentary, which aired last season and exposed many of the grim realities of living inside the Mansion.

She explained she was brought in to give a "more balanced approach".
The model was initially sceptical of appearing but praised show producer Domini Hofmann after seeing the final cut.
"I really enjoyed working with her and I thought she did a very fair depiction of [Playboy]," she explained.
“It was a true documentary-style piece which was great I think it really did tell the story in many ways …there were a couple of things that were a little off to me personally but all in all she did a great job”.

These days, Carmella works in real estate and is married to former NFL Quarterback Jeff Garcia.
They have four children together, two boys and two girls.
“Posing nude is liberating,” she said in the show. “I did then, and I would do it now. It is empowering. You’re making a choice for you. And I felt good about it.”
