The secret is out!
It looks as though Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth tied the knot this past weekend without anyone but close family and friends knowing.
Photos of their wedding were first seen on Instagram
Fans were not at all shocked to learn that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth looked to be getting married this past weekend in a low-key ceremony.
Photos of the speculated wedding were first seen on a friend’s Instagram story. Jack Carr’s Instagram story showed what seemed to be Cyrus and Hemsworth. Liam Hemsworth is seen in a black tuxedo while Miley Cyrus looks to be wearing an off-the-shoulder white dress as the two are seen cutting what looks to be a wedding cake.
It gets even better too! In one of the photos, pink “Mr. & Mrs.” balloons are seen against the wall. I know, exciting right?
Guests are seen sporting some casual looks and the atmosphere looked to be very low-key as friends and family were able to witness the joining of this couple.
The couple has yet to reveal whether or not the rumors of their speculated wedding are true. It can be understood that with all of the buzz surrounding many other celebrity weddings that took place this year (Meghan Markle & Prince Harry, Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra, Karlie Kloss & Josh Kushner) that Miley and Liam wanted a little bit more privacy when it came to exchanging their nuptials.
Noah Cyrus helped confirm the theories
A few hours after the initial wedding took place, Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah posted a selfie of her crying to her Instagram story.
As Noah is seen with tears in her eyes, she gives the camera a thumbs up. To the wondering eye, it looked as though Noah Cyrus was shedding tears of joy that her older sister finally tied the knot.
I too would be crying tears of joy if my new brother-in-law was the handsome Liam Hemsworth!
The couple has been engaged for some time now
Since meeting on the set of The Last Song in 2010, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been inseparable since. In 2012, Hemsworth proposed to Cyrus but they broke up a year later.

After spending two years apart, the couple rekindled their relationship and Cyrus has been seen sporting her engagement ring ever since without any mention of a wedding until now.
A source close to the couple stated, “Their engagement back in October 2016 was a symbol of commitment, but it was enough of a symbol for them. Miley has actually said she doesn’t want to get married, despite the engagement. She doesn’t think it makes a relationship better.”
Earlier this month, Miley Cyrus revealed that she never loved Hemsworth more after he rescued their animals from the Malibu fire that destroyed their home.
She also revealed the reason why she doesn’t refer to Hemsworth as “fiancé”. “My partner, I call him my survival partner now. He thinks it’s not romantic, but I learned that it is. That is why you pair up with someone, for survival” Cyrus stated on the Howard Stern’s radio show.
