Influencer shares ‘deleted pics’ after beating her ‘tummy pudge’ insecurity

Influencer and bikini brand owner Karina Irby has taken to Instagram to share a nearly deleted snap and video after once being afraid of her tummy.

The Australian beauty, who is known for her body positive posts often shares bikini-clad snaps of herself frolicking on the beach whilst flaunting her natural curves.

Her 1.2 million Instagram followers adore the ‘real’ side to Karina, where they often applaud her for posting unedited snaps.

But in a recent post, the blonde bombshell has admitted that she even once was riddled with insecurity before finding her all too well known confidence.

Sharing a snippet of her “deleted files” Karina shared that she would not even consider posting a snap of her belly a couple of years ago.

However, Karina has bravely shared her once insecurity in a candid snap and clip.

Perched on a rock on the beach, the beauty donned a blue and black swirl bikini revealing her “tummy pudge” as she contently smiled.

The self-love preaching influencer also shared a video where she can be seen caressing her belly and jiggling it with her fingers as she cheekily poked her tongue out.

In the caption, Karina branded the snap and short clip as “the deleted files” before she opened up about her body struggles in the past.

“There’s absolutely NO WAY I would have posted this a few years ago. Maybe even less!

“All because of the lower tummy pudge.

“I used to be so hard on my body and careful with what I would post in fear of being shamed over my insecurities.

“I look back on the old me and think – “GIRL HOW EXHAUSTING”!”

She urged her fans: “Confidence and growth take time.

“I'm here now. And I hope you will be one day soon too.”
