I'm a Shopping Editor, and These Are 5 Amazon Deals I'm Adding to My Cart This Weekend

It's the weekend, so you know what that means: Time to cozy up on the couch with your phone and fill up your Amazon cart. (No? Only me?) Even if this isn't your usual weekend ritual, I'm here to fill you in on some of the best things on sale right now that may just make you reconsider your Saturday plans.

Amazon's current deals are actually really good thanks to a beauty sale on premium products, which means you can snag OPI nail polish, Redken shampoo, and luxe French skin and hair care brands like Avéne and Rene Furterer for cheaper than usual. There are also quite a few good clothing steals, like this trendy activewear set for just $30. I can't buy it all (unfortunately), so here are the five Amazon deals I've deemed worthy of adding to my cart:

  • Oys Seamless Workout Set, High Waist Leggings and Crop Top, $30–$33 (Originally $36)
  • OPI Infinite Shine Long Lasting Nail Polish, $11 (Originally $13)
  • Klorane Ultra-Gentle Shampoo with Oat Milk, $18 (Originally $20)
  • Aveeno Calm + Restore Triple Oat Hydrating Face Serum, $14 (Originally $19)
  • Hanes EcoSmart Sweatshirt, from $4.99 (Originally $22)

Oys Seamless Workout Set

I feel like all the TikTok girlies are wearing seamless activewear sets like this, and I want to join the club. I really love some of the colors offered by under-the-radar brand Oys, including a vibrant blue, hot pink, and orange. Over 1,300 shoppers have left the set a five-star rating, saying it's "thick," "stretchy," and "fits like a glove." A handful of people also note that the leggings are squat-proof, and while I won't be using this to workout as much as just put on and look cute for an Insta photo, that's always good to know.

OPI Infinite Shine Long Lasting Nail Polish

For some reason, I can't not buy nail polish when it's on sale. It can get pretty pricey, so when I see it for a few bucks off, I consider it a score. Several of OPI's collections are marked down right now, including a couple of shades from the Infinite Shine set, which is supposed to "wear and shine like gel nail polish." I can never own too many powdery pinks, so I'm adding the (Pink) on Canvas color to my cart. I'm also considering throwing in the brand's quick dry drops since they're 20 percent off.

Klorane Ultra-Gentle Shampoo with Oat Milk

My hair seems to be having a tough time this winter, so I'm reevaluating the shampoos I use. I'm trying to focus on hair growth, less shedding, and softness, which is why this gentle shampoo from Klorane has caught my attention. Thanks to its main oat milk ingredient, it works to "soothe" and "protect" your strands, all while maintaining a natural scalp balance. Shoppers say it leaves their hair "shiny and silky" and has "improved" their hair health and texture, so I'm sold.

Aveeno Calm + Restore Triple Oat Hydrating Face Serum

Speaking of oats, I'll also be adding Aveeno's Calm + Restore Triple Oat face serum to my cart. The hydrating serum is formulated for sensitive, irritated skin, and works to strengthen your skin barrier. While I typically have oily skin, parts of my face have been flakey, red, and just straight up angry with me since the temperatures have dropped, so I'm hoping the soothing ingredients in this will finally help chill things out.

Hanes EcoSmart Sweatshirt

I bought this Hanes sweatshirt in gray for $9 during Black Friday, and I've been wearing it so much that I decided I'm going to get another one. It's honestly the perfect winter basic — it's warm without being overbearing, surprisingly stylish, and you can wear it with anything. I think the dark green will look great paired with some layered gold necklaces, high-waisted jeans, and a pair of heeled booties. (Note: There are varying discounts depending on your color and size preferences.)
