I’m a happily married woman but I’ve developed an obsession with Bear Grylls – The Sun

DEAR DEIDRE: MY head is such a mess because I have become obsessed with Bear Grylls.

I am 32 and have been happily married for seven years. My husband is 33. We have two daughters, aged four and five.

I have never even looked at another man but I have recently become infatuated with Bear Grylls. I feel stupid even saying it.

I cannot understand what has set it off but all I do is think about him and imagine dating him.

It has got to the point where I don’t want my husband anywhere near me because I am just wishing I could be with Bear.

I feel embarrassed about having these thoughts.

Maybe this fantasy is covering up something more seriously wrong in your marriage.

Talk to your husband. Either build some fun and romance into your life together, or tackle what’s really wrong.
