'He's Perfect!' Kanye West And Kim Kardashian West Welcome Fourth Child

Congratulations are in order for the expanding Kardashian-West clan! Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West welcomed their fourth child, a boy, via surrogate Friday morning.

Kardashian tweeted the news shortly after the baby’s arrival, calling him “Chicago’s twin.”

“I’m sure he will change a lot, but now he l looks just like her,” she added.

This is the couple’s second son, adding to the growing famous family, which also includes daughters North and Chicago, and their son Saint.

Congrats to the happy family!
