Britain's most expensive studio flat up for sale for whopping £1.85million – but there's a key feature missing

BRITAIN’S most expensive studio flat on record has gone on the market for £1.85million.

The ground-floor home is just 552sq ft, meaning it will cost the buyer £3,351 a sq ft — and is so small it does not even have space for a bath.

The owner will have access to a 20-metre swimming pool, gym, heath spa and a business suite in the complex.

The flat is close to Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, central London.

It comes complete with a 24-hour concierge and valet parking,

The most expensive studio flat previously on sale is understood to have gone on the market for £1.175million in 2016.

At 510sq ft — and also in Knightsbridge — that was smaller but still came in at £1,000 less per sq ft.

The UK’s average home costs £282 a sq ft.

The figure rises to £562 a sq ft in London.
