Adsa's new festive gin range includes toasted marshmallow and mince pie flavours

ASDA has a new Christmas range of gins to get shoppers in the mood for a festive tipple, with flavours including marshmallow and mince pie.

The toasted marshmallow gin liqueur is light pink in colour and the supermarket says it’s ideal for those who like a sweet drink.

Asda suggests pairing the gin with prosecco or having it on the rocks this Christmas.

For something with a bit less of a sugary hit, the mince pie gin liqueur oozes tastes of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

The supermarket recommends serving this one with Asda's Extra Special clementine and cinnamon tonic for an extra festive kick.

Asda has also confirmed its popular gingerbread gin liqueur from last year will be making a return as part of the Christmas collection.

Each gin liqueur comes in a 50cl bottle for £10 and has a 20 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV) content.

The grocer will also be selling a new Extra Special winter spiced gin with cranberry and clementine, priced at £18.

The gin, which comes in a 70cl bottle and has an ABV content of 40 per cent, has been triple distilled with added festive spices.
