A PATCHWORK scarf is an absolute essential for keeping toasty over the winter months.
They’re the perfect stylish solution for staying snuggly and instantly elevate any outfit.
A celeb staple of the colder months is Acne’s famous Fringed Check-Jacquard Felted Scarf, a stunning multicoloured tasselled accessory.
The designer piece is made from alpaca, wool and mohair, and comes in multiple colourways, the most popular being a stunning one with orange, yellow and brown tones, perfect for autumn.
But unsurprisingly, the high-end item comes with a rather hefty price tag, selling for £230.
If you’re after the luxury look for less, eagle-eyed shoppers have found a gorgeous dupe for a fraction of the price on the high-street.

The M&S Collection Brushed Fringed Scarf, priced at just £17.50, has been hailed by customers as an absolute fab alternative to the Acne piece.
The gorgeous scarf comes in seven beautiful colourways – including a orange mix that’s incredibly similar to the designer one.
Made from soft-brushed fabric, it’s apparently super cosy and not itchy against skin like some woolly garments.
What’s more, unlike Acne’s version that needs to be specially dry cleaned, you can stick the M&S version in your washer on a delicates cycle.

And of course there’s the fact that the £17.50 price tag makes it a whopping £212.50 cheaper than its high-end inspiration.
Shoppers can’t get enough of the snuggly accessory, flooding the review section with love for the piece.
One raved about the “stylish scarf”, and admitted that they’d purchased it in “three different colours”.
Another wrote: “Lovely scarf, nice and long, looks great and very warm. Would make a lovely gift, but I’m keeping mine!”
A third called it the “perfect” winter accessory, adding it’s “so soft and cosy”.
And some pointed to the close similarity to Acne’s offering, with one writing: “Lovely soft scarf, great value, pretty similar to the Acne scarf.”
It’s not the only M&S designer dupe that’s currently got shoppers in a tizz.
There’s a gorgeous aviator jacket that’s being sold in the store for just £79 – and it’s virtually indistinguishable from Whistles’s £1.2k version.
