EVERY Sunday, our resident Tarotscope reader Kerry King will be revealing what surprises, challenges and excitement awaits you in the week ahead.

Here's her predictions for YOUR star sign…

Aries – (Queen of Wands, Knight of Coins, Ace of Swords)

There’s a home truth, as shown by the honest and sharp Ace of Swords, which you are yearning to share. It’s not like you to think twice, Aries.  Your honesty is one of your strongest traits.

The Queen of Wands urges you to take a chance and press on, get this off your chest and trust it’ll turn out to be the right thing… in the end.

I say that because the Knight of Coins hints you may need to take some incoming flak, so you may wonder if you made the right choice (*SPOILER* you did).

This isn’t a one-sided issue, you have played a role here too and you’ll hear some feedback you perhaps would rather not.

Take it on the chin, my friend. Don’t knee-jerk react either.

Absorb what’s being said, accept and atone for anything you’ve done wrong, and focus on moving forwards with a clean slate, a deeper insight, and high hopes for the future.

You’re no good at being shady or hiding your feelings, so go ahead and vent.

Taurus – (Three of Coins, The Sun, Strength)

A new dawn is coming, Taurus, and it’s going to feel amazing. The Sun is shining on you and, as the tarot’s most positive card, it beckons you towards a brighter future, to have confidence in yourself. To BELIEVE.

Dreams come to us for a reason – they are the Universe’s hints at the life we were born to live.

Strength will see you finding the resolve and motivation to start making your dreams reality, to make changes, to seek a new horizon.

The Three of Coins reassures you that, as you make clear your intentions, others will notice and new opportunity and support will emerge from unlikely sources.

You need to start the ball rolling, and your progress will quickly gather momentum.

So whether it’s your lifestyle, home, work or relationship you are aiming to improve, it’s time to believe in yourself and your dreams. Go make them happen.

Gemini – (Six of Wands, Page of Swords, The Hermit)

You can be a flighty one, not taking anything too seriously, letting your attention flicker here and there… but that is due to change this week.

The Page of Swords sees you settling down to focus on something important to you, and recognising that success requires commitment.

The Hermit is a task master and walks with you, this week, to help you stay focussed, get serious and put the effort in.

You won’t be doing as much socialising and hobnobbing as usual but that’s OK, you’re not in the mood.

The Six of Wands is a promise that this hard work will be rewarded, that you’re on the right track, and that a little bit of effort is going to take you further faster than you currently think is possible.

If you KNEW you couldn’t fail, what would you tackle? THAT is the priority.

Cancer – (The Hanged Man, Five of Cups, Three of Wands)

I say this a lot to you, Cancer, but I’m going to say it again: let the past go. The powerful combination of The Hanged Man and the Five of Cups shows you’re stuck in a moment.

Perhaps a relationship, an ex you can’t quite shake off, or a wound which you nurse privately (still).

You are the zodiac’s “hoarder”, you find it difficult to let go of anything you once held affection for, or were affected by.

The Hanged Man is here to tell you that it’s holding you back, limiting your progression and future happiness.

If you keep staring at the past then that is the direction you’ll head in… is that what you want? To go back?

It wouldn’t be the same and you’d be missing out on fresh opportunities for potential joy and success.

The Three of Wands reveals there’s a window of opportunity this week to turn your gaze to your future and commit to an onwards path.

Leo – (Nine of Swords, Nine of Cups, The Devil)

You’re a whole-hearted Fire sign, in that you are most definitely led by your passions – and that’s no bad thing, Leo.

The Nine of Cups shows that you’re about to set off, once more, on a pathway paved with inspiration and positive intentions.

You’ve got a new dream you wish to come true and nothing is going to get in your way… even if the Nine of Swords is trying to get you to listen to an inner voice that advises caution and prudence.

This is important, Leo. The Devil is a powerful major arcana card about breaking bad habits, old routines, hardwired mindsets and patterns of behaviour which no longer serve.

The Universe certainly wants you to pursue your dreams BUT maybe in a different way.

Restraint and caution are not as boring as you think, it actually means you’ve got a safety net beneath you as you traverse the high-wire towards your shiny goal.

Don’t take risks you wouldn’t advise to another. Don’t ignore that inner voice.

Virgo- (Eight of Coins, The Tower, The Empress)

You’re a home bird, and love to be in your “nest” making everything run like a well-oiled machine. The Empress certainly has you in that kind of mood this week. There’s much to do on the home front, and you’re prioritising this.

Now, watch out, because something might go awry or crop up (and I know you hate surprises!).

The Tower is all about unexpected, high-impact events which shake our world a little.

The good news is that it’s something which has been a long time coming and needs to exit your life as the energy is fading or negative.

Think of this like the Universe is helping to “spring clean” your life.

The Eight of Coins reveals your mindset towards this event should be one of “live and learn”.

Process what’s happened, consider the lessons and move on.

In the long run, and you’re so much stronger than you give yourself credit for. Welcome the changes!

Libra- (The High Priestess, Queen of Swords, Eight of Wands)

You’re a cerebral character – your brain is never still, whirring and weighing up options. You rarely stop to listen to your own inner chatter, as it’s pretty much non-stop.

The High Priestess and Queen of Swords combine forces this week to urge you to listen to your instincts and intuitions.

There is new insight and inspiration brewing within. Your future prospects could be deeply affected for the better but you need to draw on the information. Spend time alone, relax, meditate, daydream… keep a notebook handy.

There is nothing the outside world can tell you right now that is as valuable as what can come from within, so tune in and drop out.

The Eight of Wands reveals it will come to you in a flash. A lightbulb moment.

And, with it, a whole flurry of activity will ignite, bringing you the opportunity to put your new idea/s into action.

Scorpio- (Four of Coins, The Magician, Five of Wands)

You’re not one who is unable to see the opportunity in adversity. Every cloud has a silver lining, right?

The Five of Wands shows there’ll be a bit of a storm this week – maybe at work, or home, or in a friendship group.

People are at odds with each other but you can see a window of lucrative opportunity for Yours Truly, as a result.

The Magician is you at your best, turning the tables, creating something from nothing, using your talent and intuition to make some magic.

The Four of Coins advises you to seek this out, to step out of your comfort zone to make it happen, to not let the “status quo” continue.

This IS a turning point and you CAN make something amazing out of something that, frankly, looks like trouble.

Sagittarius (Knight of Cups, Ten of Swords, Knight of Wands)

The Ten of Swords is a “tough cookie” card and visits us when we need to cut our losses and move the heck on.

You’ll know whereabouts because it’s a situation that has become difficult, draining and *SPOILER* it’s not going to improve so go NOW, draw that line in the sand and breathe a sigh of relief.

Two Knights are walking with you, guiding you through this Exit process.

The Knight of Cups reminds you to seek pleasure, fun, social excitement and relaxation this week, to temper the stresses of putting an end to something you (once-upon-a-time) cared about.

The Knight of Wands asks you to reinvest the energy you’ve saved from no longer participating in the “misery-fest” elsewhere.

Look for something exciting and inspiring, maybe something education-related, maybe travelling, a new adventure to broaden your horizons.

The sooner you tackle this, the sooner you’re going to feel 100% better.

Capricorn (Nine of Coins, The Hierophant, The World)

Powerful cards this week, Capricorn, and all about your favourite subject: SUCCESS.

The World is the tarot’s final card and represents attainment, achievement, fulfilment of an ambition.

Ditto the Nine of Coins – though strictly in the material / financial sense. So, things are starting to pay off, you can see the “long game” in front of you and you know EXACTLY how to play it.

The Hierophant reveals this is your chapter to “grow up”, to become the person that others look up to and come to for advice.

The only thing you need to do is to stay focused, keep going, and (maybe) think about what you’re going to challenge yourself with next.

You need a goal, a future ambition, to keep you anchored and secure.

Attainment is wonderful, but the world doesn’t stop spinning just because you “made it” on one front. You need to start thinking of a “what Capricorn did next…”, create a new final frontier.

Aquarius (The Hermit, Knight of Coins, Ace of Swords)

For all your brains, you’re not the MOST self-aware of the star signs… preferring to exercise your grey matter on the “big picture” rather than what’s going on with lil’ ole’ you.

Not so this week.

The Ace of Swords and The Hermit see you pondering an issue which, privately, has bothered you because you’ve got a sneaky suspicion you’ve not behaved entirely at your best.

Turn that cerebral beam inwards, accept and atone for, your role in the situation and extract a life lesson, if you can.

The Knight of Coins hints it’s something that makes you feel defensive. We’ve all got little weak spots which, when touched on, send us to Code Red rapidly…

Consider where you may have overreacted recently – there’s a lesson hidden in the guilt you feel, and it’s time to figure it out and move on.

Pisces (Three of Cups, Seven of Swords, Six of Coins)

Doing good for others makes you feel happy and the Six of Coins is with you this week, encouraging you to spread some good karma around, to perform some random acts of kindness and release your lovely energy to the Universe.

Be aware that the Seven of Swords warns that not everyone agrees with your generosity and maybe even feels a teensy bit jealous of the time or energy you expend in certain directions.

To hell with what THEY think, you know that being kind and treating others makes you smile.

The Three of Cups is one of the tarot’s happiest cards, reminding us that the world is FULL of pleasure, fun and joy and life is for living well.
