I’m 5’6” and went from 121 lbs to 150 lbs – I love my ‘slim thick’ weight gain, women say I’m body ‘goals’ | The Sun
BEFORE you watch this poster's TikTok content, be warned: there are dangerous curves ahead.
Thanks to long hours in the gym, one woman has built the body of her dreams, and it's exactly what others want to emulate, too.
On her page, Alisha Patterson (@alishamvrie) posts a wide variety of lifestyle content, from fashion tips to beauty reviews.
She shared a video that documents one part of her personal brand viewers can't buy in stores, but can recreate at home if they're tough.
In a montage of photos, Patterson showed her followers "how it started" and "how it's going."
Before photos showed the five-foot-six-inch woman at 121 pounds.
Her slim figure looked great in leggings, a plunging outfit, and tiny denim shorts.
Then, Patterson revealed her current figure. She's packed on muscle in the gym and now weighs 150 "slim thick" pounds.
Along with visible muscles in her arms and legs, Patterson boasted pumped-up glutes and a sculpted waist.
She chose snug dresses and well-tailored jeans that flattered her figure.

The body transformation was impressive, and best of all, Patterson was thrilled.
"I love it here," the delighted woman wrote in the caption.
Several women said Patterson's body represented their "goals," and one even begged, "Teach me, sis."
In a comment, Patterson revealed the transformation only took around three months.
Along with frequent visits to the gym, she added more nutrients to her diet, and drank Ensure to create a calorie surplus.
Many women felt motivated to hit the gym after seeing the clip, whether they were returning after a lapse or going for the first time.
"Literally where I'm trying to get back to," said another. "I'm ready!"
"I'm encouraged," said another, promising to start bulking up.
Like any woman on the internet, Patterson also fielded her fair share of male suitors.
