I went to a shop that's like B&M on steroids – I couldn't resist some budget buys, including £6 pool floats and £2 hats | The Sun

IT'S been described as "B&M on steroids" by people who've been there.

So it's understandable that Lauren wanted to stop by Jumbo when she went to Cyprus.

She also took to TikTok to share a video detailing her haul, which came in a bag she struggled to life.

Lauren kicked off by showing some plastic containers that she got 10 of at £6 each for an upcoming party she's having.

"But you can't get them in England for that price, they're like £35," she insisted.

She'd picked up some bats- a "holiday essential" – and a portable highchair for her son Henri.

"I just thought this was perfect for while we're here, and at the beach and things, it was £25," she said.

Lauren also treated herself to a new hat as it was just £2.50.

"So sorry, but what a vibe!" she laughed.

Also on the accessory front she bought herself a belt for £2.50.

As she'd forgotten her son's white noise machine, she picked one up for the holiday for £6.90, as well as a bubble machine with bubble mixture to keep him entertained for £4.30, "because why not?"

Lauren also got Henri a pool float for £6, as she explained: "I feel like he needs to have one he sits in now."

She also treated herself to an £11 lilo to lay on in the pool.

For a good night's sleep, she splashed out on a £6.90 star projector light – just like the one her little boy's "obsessed with" at home.

Some claw clips also went in Lauren's basket, as she needed them to keep her hair back in the scorching heat, while she got Henri a teether to put in the freezer for 85p.

She nabbed some pool toys for Henri, as well as a mat she'd been looking for in the UK to go under the highchair to catch the mess.

The haul kept on going as Lauren showed the baby spoons she'd got for 85p, a car mirror to keep an eye on Henri while they do lots of driving around Cyprus, and a turtle sprinkler toy she predicted her little boy would love.

Her other half bought loads of different balls to play with in the pool, while they also got some foam mats to put on the ground to hopefully prevent any slippages on the villa tiles.

"This shop is like b&m, ikea, home bargains and tk maxx rolled into one," Lauren captioned her video.

"Love love love!"

People were quick to comment on the TikTok, with one writing: "We love jumbo, we spend six months of the year in Cyprus so we go loads!"
