But now one savvy DIY fan has revealed how to achieve the look on a budget.

Posting on her TikTok page, Leanne – who has her own small business Belle's Bonnie Boutique -shared a video of her upgrading a pair of basic sliders using her own fabrics.

She captioned the clip: "It was so easy anyone could make them."

To begin with, Leanne purchased a pair of plain black sandals from Asda for £4.

On her website, Leanne has a Gucci-inspired fabric with similar pink flowers which she sells for £2.50 for an A4 piece.

After cutting it down to size, she then used Gorilla glue to keep it in place.
