A HARDWORKING gym girl has shown off the results of an incredible three-year health journey that had her followers shocked.

TikToker Kahlilda boldly revealed her new body after losing 200 pounds, and people say she looks amazing.

The social media influencer (@kahlilda) posted a video in 2020 showing her stomach, which had excess skin from her previously larger frame.

She wrote in on-screen text that she went through a lot of sweat and tears to achieve her new figure, and she isn't done yet.

With a toss of her long brown hair, Kahlilda announced that 200 pounds later she was getting the loose skin on her stomach removed.

She went on to say that her "new tummy" was coming soon and ended the clip with a smile.

Commenters stressed how incredible the achievement was, and said that she looked great even before the procedure.

"Major props to you, congrats and good luck on the surgery," one person wrote under the video.

Another wrote: "I can tell you've put in so much work good job."

Others called her an inspiration and said that they can't wait to keep tracking her journey.

Years later, the TikToker continues to post content that shows off her incredible figure and new stomach.

In a recent Instagram post, she opened up about her struggles and said she made a choice two years ago to take control of her life.

"I left my day job and decided to go fully into being a content creator," she wrote in the caption.

"I put myself out there and met new friends and now I'm in Bali having the time of my life.

"I feel so connected to my loved ones and to my present self. If you feel stuck or down a dark hole you can always lift yourself up.

"I didn't think that was true until I tried."

The transformation comes as another girl said men who once dissed her are now hitting her up after a crazy glow-up.
