Deluded bride invites her ex to her wedding, chooses a dress he likes & will imagine marrying him walking down the aisle
A DELUDED bride-to-be appears to still be in love with her ex after admitting she’s picking a dress that he likes and will be thinking of him as she walks down the aisle.
The woman revealed that her ex was invited to the Disney-themed wedding – as the man she was marrying was related to him.
The men seem to be close, as the bride-to-be revealed her fiancé had asked her ex to be his best man – so he'll be standing at the altar as well.
The woman said that she’ll be looking at her ex – not her fiancé – as she walks down the aisle on her big day.
She made the shocking revelation as she debated which dress to buy, favouring the princess-style gown as she and her previous boyfriend both liked Dinsey.
Sharing snaps of two frocks, she wrote: “Left or right? The one on the right is super sparkly and has long sleeves that we would make ¾.
“Also, my ex will be at the wedding (long story), so it’s important that I look good!”
People commented on her choices, noting it was bizarre to factor in her ex’s opinions.
But she continued: “Think my ex would prefer the right though. It screams Disney princess and that was one of our connections.
“I’m worried that the second looks a little young but my ex loves that Disney princess vibe.”
It was then she revealed he was actually invited to the wedding –as her ex was the best man.
She continued: “The only thing is my ex and I used to go to Disney a lot and the lace dress is clearly more Disney princess, no?
“Probably shouldn’t have mentioned him at all.
“Not gonna lie though, he is standing up with FH [future husband] so I could kind of imagine walking down the aisle towards HIM and singing the song.
“But I think it will be fine.”
As she woman kept going on about what her ex preferred, people began questioning why she was so bothered with his opinion.
Someone asked her: “But why do you want to look good for ex at your wedding to someone else?”
It was then the bride dropped another bombshell – her ex is related to the groom.
The bride-to-be said: “Because happy is the best revenge!
“They are related so he will be in my life for good anyway.
Her comments have since been uploaded to Reddit, where people have claimed she’s clearly still in love with her ex, and only marrying his relative to get revenge.
One person said: “Oh she's definitely cheating with the ex
At the wedding.”
Another wrote: “I hope someone showed the fiancé, this woman clearly doesn’t want to get married she just wants to make an ex jealous.”
A third thought: “She wants to marry him. But not for love.
"He is related to the EX which means she has a line to him if she keeps herself in that family. I do hope someone shows the fiancé this.”
Someone else added: “The lengths some people go to tell
themselves they're over someone.”
While this person commented: “Literally makes me sick. I hope the groom leaves her because she obviously doesn’t love and respect him.
"Weddings shouldn’t be for revenge.”
And this bride-to-be’s engagement ring was branded a ‘monstrosity’ that looks like a ‘weapon’.
