Asda have slashed a summer essential from £240 to £70 – it’s a must for foodies & it'll be difficult to get it cheaper | The Sun

FOOD fans are racing to Asda after one lucky shopper managed to buy a massive BBQ grill for £70 – and it's perfect for all your garden parties.

With summer, unfortunately, coming to an end, many retailers are running huge sales – and supermarket Asda is no exception.

One of those to nab an amazing bargain was lucky customer Fay Johnson, from Newark, Nottingham, who found a huge grill for under £100.

According to the delighted shopper, who informed others on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, the grill had been cut to just £70.

The UniFlame Classic Big American Gas / Charcoal 3B Grill, the website stated, was originally selling for an eye-watering £239, meaning it had been slashed by more than 50 per cent.

As well as a 3 burner gas grill and a separate charcoal grill, this summer essential also comes with a 3,570 cm² of primary cooking area, which is made of porcelain-coated cooking grates and an additional 1,200 cm² of warming area.
