Air Fryer fans are obsessed with a new hack which makes cleaning them SO much quicker | The Sun

AN INFLUENCER shared a genius hack for keeping an air fryer clean without using any washing up liquid or elbow grease.

Scottish Cherine showed followers how to avoid making a mess of the table-top appliance and people were blown away.


Taking to TikTok she filmed herself using the handy hack, that costs just pennies to recreate.

She said: "So this is the best air fryer hack ever and I need to share it with you.

"These wee tin foil trays – I got mine out the pound shop. You can get them from like Asda and other places."

She then demonstrated how to use the disposable pie tins to save you some real time.

She opened the air fryer and place it at the base of the compartment.

She said: "Put it at the bottom before you start cooking and start cooking with that in.

"Now this is after cooking, look at the mess at the bottom of it. But because I had it on this wee tray the air fryer was still clean."

The round tin foil trays can be found in the Pound Shop for £1.25 for a pack of six – so just over 20p per tray.
