Thomas Markle Says That Meghan Is Trying to "Ghost" Him Out of Her Life

While here in America we’re all trying to celebrate Labor Day, in England it looks like the theme of the weekend is royal drama, cause not only was it just reported the Princess Diana’s brother is selling signed copies of the eulogy he read at her funeral (literally WTF?), but Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle has also just decided to give another interview dragging the royal family. Good times!

Thomas has stayed pretty quiet lately, and it looks like the reason was that he wanted to prove that he was trustworthy in order to be in Meghan’s life again. However, he just gave an interview to Daily Mail, so it seems like that’s not going to happen anytime soon. He told the publication, “There was never any problem between Meghan and me until recently. I’ve stayed quiet because Meghan was pregnant with Archie but I’m speaking out now because they and their PR people are continuing to ghost me out of her life…Of course I’m disappointed not to see Archie. I had hoped becoming a mother would mellow Meghan and she would reach out.”

But in addition to rudely suggesting that Meghan needed to “mellow,” he also tries to make the interview sentimental and says, “I would like them to send me a picture of Archie so I can frame it and put it on my wall beside the one of Meghan. Isn’t that what any grandfather would want? I’d love to know if he’s got the famous Markle nose.”

And then he talks about how the press has wronged him, saying, “I’d like to do a piece saying the ten things people don’t know about me but there are way more than ten. What upsets me is when people who don’t know me say negative things about me. Until you know me, what gives you that right?”

Sure, dude. Whatever you say!
