These three Harvey Weinstein accusers could send him to prison for life
ACCUSER #1: Annabella Sciorra
Annabella Sciorra, who was raised in Brooklyn, met Harvey Weinstein in the early ’90s at an LA industry event. He drove her home and gave her his card.
Sometime later, she sent Weinstein a script her friend wrote, and he agreed to produce it under the condition she play a role in the film.
He sent her a care package containing movie tapes, popcorn and a bottle of Valium. She became part of the Miramax circle, attending events and dinners.
In the winter of 1993-1994, she was at dinner with Weinstein at an Irish restaurant, and he offered to drive her to her Gramercy Park apartment. She went upstairs and changed into her nightgown when Weinstein suddenly started knocking on her door, she claims.
He allegedly grabbed her, pushed her onto the bed and raped her, then ejaculated on her leg. He then allegedly forcibly performed oral sex on her.
In 1997, she appeared in the Miramax movie “Cop Land,” but prosecutors said she didn’t realize that it was a Weinstein project.
She finally came forward in 2017.
ACCUSER #2: Jessica Mann
Mann was raised on a small dairy farm in Washington state and left home when she was just 16 after enduring a difficult childhood.
At 25, the brown-eyed beauty moved to LA with dreams of being an actress. She had already had a few small parts in commercials and independent films when she met Weinstein at a party.
She gave him her number, and the two started a five-year relationship that ended in 2017.
She alleges that he raped her on March 18, 2013, at a DoubleTree Hotel in Midtown. The next day, she attended the premiere of the movie “August: Osage County” as Weinstein’s guest.
Accuser #3: Mimi Haleyi
Haleyi met Weinstein in 2004 at a London film festival.
They reconnected again in May 2006 when she ran into him at the Cannes Film Festival and asked him for a job. He invited her to meet him at his hotel the following day and set her up as a production assistant on the set of “Project Runway.”
He later invited her to join him on a private jet to attend fashion week in Paris and stay at the Ritz, but she declined. On July 10, 2006, Weinstein invited her to his Soho apartment, where she alleges that he pushed her into a bedroom and forced oral sex on her. Days later, she accepted a free plane ticket from Weinstein to visit a friend in LA. When she returned, she met up with Weinstein this time inside his Tribeca hotel room, where the producer bullied her to have sex with him. She continued to communicate with him until 2017.
