Robert De Niro Calls Trump A ‘Fake President’ & Says Michael Bloomberg ‘Might Be The One’!

Robert De Niro has given his honest opinion about President Trump!

While making an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday (November 25) to promote his film The Irishman, the 76-year-old actor tore into “fake president” Donald Trump and sang the praises of 2020 Democratic hopeful Michael Bloomberg.

“To me, it’s more than heartbreaking, it’s a really, really serious situation we’re in. I don’t want to bring people down but… it’s a serious situation,” Robert said of the Trump presidency. “It’s like living in an abusive household. You feel you don’t know what’s going to happen next, what crazy thing is going to happen next, what’s going to make you say what the hell’s going on?”

Robert then claimed Trump is a “fake president,” adding that “he calls everything ‘fake’ because he knows he’s fake. So he’s projecting all the time. Somewhere deep down, I don’t wanna get all psychological, but that really is what I feel it is.”

Later on the show, Robert hopped behind Stephen‘s desk to make him answer the questions – Watch after the cut!
