Prince Harry surprised the WE Day crowd by bringing Duchess Meghan on stage

Prince Harry has been giving off legit Cool Dad and Grumpy Dad vibes for a year now. While he was once the cool younger brother who always seemed like a big kid at heart, ever since he married Meghan, he really has gone all-in on his general Daddy vibe. I was reminded of that during Harry’s appearance at WE Day today – he was scheduled to make a speech, as he usually does, on stage for the youths. He made his speech and then he surprised everyone by bringing up his pregnant wife. Peak Dad. He’s all grown up. *wipes away tears*

Harry is the president of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, which “funds and connects young leaders of social purpose ventures around the world.” He’s also the Queen’s Commonwealth Youth Ambassador. As I said, Harry usually puts in an appearance at the London WE Day events and he seemed pleased as can be that he got to introduce the crowd to Meghan. Here’s my question though – do you think Meghan really thought she was going to be on stage or on camera? I ask because… it doesn’t even look like Meg is wearing much makeup. I think Harry probably surprised even her. Also: how in the world does Meghan stay so balanced while in her last trimester, IN HEELS? I’m not pregnant and if I attempted to walk across a (slick-looking) stage in heels, my ass would have fallen into the pit of youths.
