Peter Andre confirms whether kids will spend Christmas with Katie Price
Christmas time is about good will to all men and gathering the family together and it looks like former glamour model Katie Price has received some good news on that front.
For weeks there has been speculation as to where her children with ex-husband Peter Andre will be spending Christmas Day.
With Katie, 40, having a torrid time battling bankruptcy, there were thoughts that more misery would be heaped upon her festive season, with Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, staying with their dad for the duration.
It would seem that Peter is full of Christmas cheer today though as he has publicly confirmed what the arrangements will be and Pricey will be cock-a-hoop.
In a tweet on Sunday evening, to his 3.34m followers, Peter confirmed that Princess and Junior will be with their mum and that "this was always the case."
He then posted a picture of his tweet on Instagram, for his 1m followers there could see.
He wrote on Twitter: "I never normally respond to anything. But Of course the children (j and p ) will be with their mum for Christmas. This was always the case. And so they should. She is their mum. Have a good day :)))"
There was an overwhelming positive response on social media, as Peter Andre’s fans congratulated the singer on the decision that had been reached.
This will bring a smile to the former Loose Women panelists face, who has been trying to flog her old clothes on eBay, in a bid to raise some cash for Christmas.
Katie has fallen on hard times, with concerned friends and family putting a ‘spending ban’ on Katie , in the hope of curtailing her constant buying.
She has just swerved bankruptcy over a £22,000 tax bill and has recently splashed out £1,000 on a blue German Shepherd.
Katie has previously lavished her kids with gifts at Christmas, with her on-off toyboy saying that they are ‘very spoiled’ on the big day.
It looks like she will be going shopping once her online auctions finish as there will be a full house for Father Christmas to visit.
