Nipsey Hussle’s Bodyguard Vows to Look After His Family Amid Retirement Announcement

AceShowbiz –Nipsey Hussle‘s close friend and minder is quitting his job as a security guard in the wake of the rapper’s sudden death.

The hip-hop star and activist, real name Ermias Davidson Asghedom, was gunned down outside his Marathon Clothing store in Crenshaw, Los Angeles on Sunday, March 31, and on Tuesday, his personal security guard, J-Roc, took to Instagram to pour his heart out over the tragedy.

“Never in a million years I thought I would be writing some s**t like this…,” he wrote alongside a series of photos of Hussle.

“we haven’t made a 100 Million yet … we was suppose to grow old and I call u big nose shoot jokes on you all day… but instead I’m here in tears writing this I wish I was there I would switch places with you any day the world need you here… (sic)”.

He continued, “I’m so confused, lost, hurt I lost a brother, best friend, a mentor…”.

J-Roc went on to promise Hussle he would look out for the rapper’s longtime girlfriend, model Lauren London, and their two-year-old son Kross, as well as the late star’s daughter, Emani, from a previous relationship.

“I got the Babies and L forever,” he concluded. “I’m done with all this S**t I retire from being a bodyguard I love you HUSSLE THA GREAT (sic).”

Meanwhile, Hussle’s sister, Samantha Smith, also paid tribute to the rap star on social media, calling the 33-year-old her “heart” and “superhero”.

She also vowed to care for London and the kids, adding, “I love you forever and I will cry forever. You are my lifeline as long as I am here you are too (sic).”

The emotional posts emerged as police arrested Eric Holder, the main suspect for Hussle’s death. His bail has since been set at more than $7 million (£5.3 million).
