Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Brought Classic Hollywood Glamour to the 2022 Oscars Red Carpet

Nicole Kidman and her husband Keith Urban are essentially synonymous with Hollywood royalty at this point, meaning they damn near live at red carpet events. Naturally, this means they know exactly how to show up and shut ’em down, and this year’s Oscars red carpet was no! exception!

Keith sported the classic black tuxedo while Nicole served in a periwinkle gown that donned a dramatic peplum poof and jewel-embellished train. Just look at how fantastic the couple looks:

Nicole and Keith will celebrate 16 years of marriage in June, but they’re always still looking at each other like it’s their wedding day in 2006, like during this moment tonight:

And pretty much any other time they hit a red carpet, like here at the 2022 SAG Awards:

Nicole told The View that when she found out about her Oscar nomination for Being the Ricardos, she “literally started crying” and that Keith and their two kids were a huge part of her doing the movie, so much that she often practiced in front of them for feedback. “When I was preparing, they were my audience,” said Nicole. “I’d sit them on the couch, and I’d do it, and they’d be saying, ‘You got a lot more work to do.'”

Nicole is nominated for Best Actress this year after playing the iconic Lucille Ball. This is Nicole’s fifth overall Oscars nomination. She won her first Academy Award in 2002 in the same category for The Hours. If she wins this year, it’ll be her second Oscar ever.
