NBC’s ‘Red Nose Day Special’ Reveals Star-Studded Lineup

Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Meghan Trainor and many more are set to perform for the “Red Nose Day Special.”

NBC’s sixth annual “Red Nose Day Special” will air on Thursday, May 21 at 9 p.m. EST/PST.

Other celebrities set to perform include OneRepublic, Ellie Goulding, Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers, Sam Smith, James Taylor, and “Tina: The Tina Turner Musical” star Adrienne Warren.

Actors/comedians Jim Gaffigan, Tony Hale, Ray Romano and Lilly Singh will also be featured.

The “Red Nose Day Special,” which started in 2015 in America, is celebrated on the last Thursday of every May. Red Nose Day helps in efforts to end child poverty.

Multi-year funding grants have been given to organizations that help end child poverty such as Feeding America, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Save the Children and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. In its first four years, the Red Nose Day USA has raised more than $145 million.
