Michelle Williams And Chad Johnson Call Off Engagement

Michelle Williams says she has separated from pastor Chad Johnson.

The 38-year-old former Destiny’s Child singer broke the news on Instagram Friday morning.

“I still remain fearless. I guess I still remain single! Things didn’t work out. The healing that needs to take place is a must! I don’t wanna destroy another relationship. Blessings to him, his family and ministry,” she said.

“Sorry to disappoint everyone. We are no longer together,” Williams added.

The message was later deleted.

Williams and Johnson, who first met at an Arizona spiritual retreat last year, got engaged in April.

Mental health and racial differences played a major role in ending the engagement, reports say.

On Friday, Williams released her new single, “Fearless.”

The couple starred in the reality show, Chad Loves Michelle, on the Oprah Winfrey Network, last month.
