Mark recently joined Ellen‘s executive producer Andy Lassner in his slow-walking movement on Instagram, and he spoke out about the experience. He also talked about the fitness franchise F45, as well as his disagreement with Dr. Oz about the importance of breakfast.

Later on, he talked about the father-daughter dance he went to at his daughter’s school, and how she wouldn’t dance with him! Plus, he answered burning questions, including when he feels sexy, and what he does not like about Will Ferrell.
