How did Lucy start her career in presenting the weather?
Talking to BFBS Radio in 2009, Lucy revealed how she got into weather presenting by “fluke”.
Lucy explained: “I did a degree in geography and earth sciences at university.

She continued: “I sort of got trained in house, worked there for a few years and then a few years later I ended up at Sky News.
“It was all a bit flukey and being at the right place at the right time. But quite a weather theme all the way along.”
