Louise Redknapp remains silent over Harry’s I’m A Celeb win after ‘row’ rumours
After emerging victorious as I’m A Celebrity’s King of the Jungle, fans have been falling over themselves to congratulate Harry Redknapp.
But there’s one person still yet to offer her public well-wishes, and that’s his former daughter-in-law Louise Redknapp.
Busy with rehearsals for 9 to 5 the Musical, the mother-of-two has been sharing social media updates about her week without making even the slightest mention of Harry, leaving fans wondering what gives.
It comes after Harry admitted her December 2017 divorce from Jamie was ‘very difficult’ for him and wife Sandra.
"It was a choker. We love Louise as well, it was a big blow to all of us," he said, before insisting that she’s still very much part of the family.
“It’s all amicable, absolutely, Sandra talks to Louise’s mum all the time," he added.
However, according to reports, things got tense between the two in the run-up to the split when Harry apparently disapproved of her going out with her friends.
"They’ve been sad to see her partying hard with her new group of friends while Jamie has been filming A League of Their Own,’ an insider told the newspaper last year.
"It’s meant Louise’s mum has been left to look after the kids many nights over the last few weeks."
The source added that Louise: "seemed to be in the middle of a mid-life crisis, turning her back on many of the mutual friends she’s shared with Jamie to go out with people half her age."
Louise has since explained she ended their 19-year marriage because she ‘lost’ herself.
"I have spent my life pleasing everyone else, worrying about being judged and thinking I should do the right thing by staying at home, looking after my kids and my husband. I lost myself," she told the Telegraph.
"I think this happens to a lot of women when they get married and have children. You have this feeling deep inside you, "Where did I go?"
"But I pushed those thoughts away."
