Lil Uzi Vert Claims Top Spot On Billboard Artist 100 For The First Time
Lil Uzi Vert has claimed the top spot on Billboard Artist 100 chart with the help of super debut of Eternal Atake.
Billboard reports that Lil Uzi Vert jumped from No. 28 to No. 1 on the Artist 100 chart dated March 21 to become the top musical act in the U.S. for the first time.
Uzi Vert’s sophomore album Eternal Atake bowed in at No. 1 on the Billboard‘s all-genre 200 chart with 288,000 equivalent album units, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.
Eternal Atake, which was released on March 6 via Generation Now/Atlantic, also earned the biggest streaming week for an album since 2018.
Uzi also garnered 20 songs on the Hot 100 chart, including 18 from the new album, and becomes just the third act ever to land that many songs on the Hot 100 at once.
