Katherine Schwarzenegger Gushes About ‘Wonderful’ Chris Pratt In Rare Pregnancy Update!
Being pregnant during quarantine is proving to be an “interesting” experience for Katherine Schwarzenegger, who is getting by with the help of husband Chris Pratt!
While we hadn’t heard from either of them directly about expecting their first child together, the 30-year-old author finally shared a bit on the support she’s been getting during pregnancy! During an Instagram Live chat with Dr. Zelana Montminy on Thursday, she revealed she’s doing “really well,” which is great news and exactly what we hoped to hear!
Katherine continued, giving the Guardians of the Galaxy star a shout-out:
“I’m really lucky to be living in very close proximity to my family, which has been very helpful. And then, obviously, I have a very wonderful husband who’s very, it’s been amazing having him home and also very understanding about my need to sanitize everything, having everyone wear masks all the time. That’s been helpful.”
Coronavirus is no joke, especially for those who are high-risk or are pregnant! But one silver lining could be getting uninterrupted time at home with Pratt, as she also juggles her schedule with a virtual book tour!
And even without face-to-face interactions like everyone was accustomed to, The Gift of Forgiveness writer is still reaching out to others as she prepares to give birth for the first time:
“Also, having people like you who I text constantly about everything baby because I’m learning it as I go and it’s been an interesting time to be pregnant.”
It’ll make a great story to tell the little one someday! As we previously reported, it was at the end of April when we learned Schwarzenegger and Pratt were expecting, nearly a year after tying the knot! Chris, who shares son Jack Pratt with ex-wife Anna Faris, must have been over-the-moon to hear she was pregnant as People sources spilled how much family means to them:
“After they got married, they couldn’t wait to grow their family. Jack will be a great big brother. Katherine always says that he is the sweetest, most caring boy. Katherine thinks Chris is an amazing dad. She allowed herself to fall in love with Chris quickly because she early on realized that he is a great family guy. She loves being an extra mom to Jack … They can’t wait for Jack to have a sibling.”
Insiders even previously shared that the new addition will be arriving this Fall:
“They are completely thrilled to be starting a family. Family is everything to them and it’s a very exciting time. The baby is due early fall. Katherine shared the news with her family very early on.”
Eeee! It’s nearly summer now, and we’re sure the time will fly by for Chris and Katherine!! Hope she continues to stay well and healthy for the remainder of the pregnancy!
