Jamie Lynn Spears Comes To Big Sis Britney’s Defense After Social Media Trolls Call Out Family Money!
Jamie Lynn Spears is not here for trolls to call out big sis Britney Spears — and now, little sis is doing something about it!
The 37-year-old elder Spears has been going through quite the time the last several weeks, first after completing a month-long stint at a mental health facility a week ago, and then on Friday appearing in a Los Angeles courtroom to speak to a judge who oversees her conservatorship. But Jamie Lynn has been there to support her through and through — including on social media!
On Friday, hours after Britney’s hearing in the L.A. courtroom with her family and lawyers by her side, Jamie Lynn posted a photo to her Instagram account showing support for her big sis (below):

And while most of the comments on the 28-year-old’s pic were generally supportive and wishing well for big sis, a couple trolls nevertheless got through (they always do…), giving Jamie Lynn a chance to clap back HARD.
One troll played on Jamie Lynn’s long-standing support of her big sister through all the ups and downs of her pop career, and wrote in the comment section (below):
“Fear of losing your allowance, I see!”
Hmmm…
The 28-year-old mother didn’t hesitate to respond to that one, calling out the troll quickly with a perfect clap back all about her own career and being self-sufficient (below):
“Haha nice try, but I have NEVER been paid a dime from my sister, that is HER hard earned money, and I am NOT entitled to a cent of it. I would not spend money I did not earn.”
Nice!!!!
Jamie Lynn later deleted the troll’s comment, as well as her response, but the clap back stands! A point for Jamie Lynn and a point for the Spears fam — but more to the point, maybe, is why the hell are trolls criticizing Britney (and her family) when she’s clearly going through a rough time?? Not to pull a Chris Crocker on y’all, but leave Britney alone…
Obviously, this has been a trying time in many ways for Britney and her entire family, but it’s nice to see them circling the wagons and supporting each other in such a way! Here’s hoping things return to normal for them fairly soon — especially for Britney, who has really been going through it!
