It’s War! JWoww Demands Court Dismiss Roger’s Request For Full Custody & Alimony

Roger Mathews called for a truce when he asked for “peace” amid his nasty divorce and custody battle with estranged wife Jenni “JWoww” Farley. But RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Jersey Shore star is not backing down, as she is demanding a judge dismiss his divorce counterclaim.

In court papers obtained from Ocean County Superior Court of New Jersey, Farley, 32, filed an answer to her estranged husband’s counterclaim, where he asked for primary physical custody, child support, to make their prenup invalid and more.

“[Farley] demands judgment dismissing the counterclaim, together with such further relief as the court shall deem just and proper,” the Answer to Counterclaim filed on February 1, 2019 read.

Farley filed for divorce from her husband in September 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences” with “no prospect of reconciliation.”

She asked for joint legal custody of the minor children Meilani, 4, and Greyson, 2, granting her primary residential custody.

In December 2018, she filed an amended complaint for divorce.

She asked to be granted joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the children with an “appropriate parenting time schedule for Defendant.”

She also asked he pay for child support and education-related costs. She requested the court enforce the terms of their Pre-Nuptial Agreement, dated September 30, 2015. She asked Mathews, 43, pay her legal fees.

In Mathews’ answer, filed on January 29, 2019, which The Blast was the first to report, he denied it is in the best interest of the children that Farley be granted primary physical custody.

In his counterclaim, he asked the court find their prenup “invalid and unenforceable.” He requested joint legal custody of children and to be named parent of primary residence with his estranged wife being the parent of “alternate residence.”

He asked Farley pay him child support, education-related costs, alimony and legal fees.

The couple has been in a bitter social media war as well.

In December, police removed Mathews from their New Jersey home following an altercation. Farley was granted a temporary restraining order.

In January, Farley wrote an open letter to Mathews, calling him “physically and emotionally abusive.” She also accused him of not caring for their son Greyson’s medical needs.

He fired back by calling her a liar in a legal letter.
