The 46-year-old model and TV personality just filed paperwork to changer her last name to Kaulitz, according to The Blast.

In the documents, Heidi cites “marriage” as the reason for the name change.

Heidi and husband Tom Kaulitz tied the knot in a stunning ceremony this summer after secretly getting married back in February.

Tom and Heidi most recently stepped out at the Maleficent 2 premiere this week and were joined by Tom‘s brother Bill.
