The stunning model, 45, has announced that her boyfriend Tom Kaulitz , 29, popped the question in a romantic Christmas proposal.
America’s Got Talent host Heidi took to Twitter to share the news and to show off her stunning engagement ring.
"I SAID YES," she wrote as she shared an adorable picture of herself and Tom smiling ecstatically as they pressed their faces together.
The sweet black and white image also reveals the huge rock that Tom used to propose.
Fans rushed to offer their congratulations to the couple, while some of Heidi’s cheeky followers said Tom will never beat the gift in Christmases to come.
Back in July, Heidi sparked rumours that she was engaged to Tom after she was spotted wearing a diamond on her left hand.
But now, they’re planning to wed for real.
A source previously told Us Weekly that the pair met through a Germany’s Next Top Model ‘connection’.
"Heidi and Tom met through Germany’s Next Top Model. There was some connection through the show," the insider said.
"He’s German [too], so it’s been fun and easy for Heidi. Tom is a breath of fresh air for her. They fell into an easy rhythm really quickly."
