Gabourey Sidibe Meets Up with ‘Empire’ Co-Star Jussie Smollett at Heroes in the Struggle Gala

Empire co-stars Gabourey Sidibe and Jussie Smollett pose for a photo together at the Black AIDS Institute’s 2018 Heroes in The Struggle Gala at California African American Museum on Saturday night (December 1) in Los Angeles.

Gabourey was honored as one of the heroes this year.

Also seen at the event were Billy Porter, who was also honored at the event, as well as EJ Johnson.

If you don’t know, the event fell on World AIDS day, which happens on December 1 ever year.
