Take a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in mid-April 2023, starting with this surprising pair…

On April 11, DailyMail.com reported that Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity are more than friendly colleagues — much more! “They are extremely happy together and have been for a while. It’s not a surprise to anyone who knows them, but they’re very private people and prefer to keep their personal life private and lowkey. They started out as best friends and the relationship evolved over time. … They’re a really sweet couple with so much love for each other,” a source said, adding that the “Hannity” host “adores Ainsley’s daughter Hayden.” The insider went on to note that when the “Fox & Friends” co-host lost her mother in the fall of 2022, Sean was “by her side picking up all the pieces.” Ainsley “leaned on him during some extraordinarily difficult times,” the source said. Their Fox News colleagues, meanwhile, are said to be “happy for them.” It’s not the first time Sean and Ainsley have sparked romance rumors: Back in 2020 — amid reports that they had been secretly dating for two years — Ainsley insisted that she and Sean were just friendly colleagues. It’s unclear when exactly they took their relationship to the next level.

On April 8, “Entertainment Tonight” broke the news that Taylor Swift and her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn, quietly called it quits sometime “a few weeks” earlier. “It was not dramatic. … The relationship had just run its course. It’s why [he] hasn’t been spotted at any shows,” a source said, referencing the pop star’s The Eras Tour, which launched in mid-March. The duo were rumored to be either engaged or secretly married, though Page Six reported they never legally tied the knot.

A People magazine source later shed some light on what went wrong, attributing the breakup to “differences in their personalities” and noting that, ultimately, the chart-topper and the English actor “weren’t the right fit for one another.” Explained the insider, “They had plenty in common and fell in love in a safe bubble while she was retreating from the world during [her 2017 ‘Reputation’ era]. Then the pandemic hit, and they were locked down together and able to continue growing their relationship in this insulated way. But he didn’t really ‘know’ her yet outside of that bubble. … They’ve had rough patches before and always worked things out, so friends thought they would take some time apart but eventually come back together.” The source went on to say that Joe “struggled with Taylor’s level of fame and the attention from the public,” while Taylor “didn’t see them working out in the long run.” According to the source, the duo “just grew apart,” though they were said to be “talking about marriage as recently as a few months ago.”

In the wake of the breakup, Taylor and Joe are keeping things “friendly” because “there is a lot of respect still between them.” People’s source specified that Taylor “doesn’t have anything bad to say about Joe.

On April 6, Deux Moi reported that, according to multiple anonymous sources, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have been quietly dating for months now. According to one alleged insider, the reality star and the Oscar nominee — who’ve run in the same social circles for years — even spent New Year’s Eve together with other friends in Aspen, Colorado. It’s possible, of course, they’re simply friendly and that the rumors about their relationship status have been massively overblown…

According to People magazine, which published exclusive wedding photos, actress Bonnie Somerville — who’s had stints on “Friends,” “Blue Bloods” and “NYPD Blue” — married Dave McClain at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in California’s Santa Susana Mountains on April 8. “I never believed in soulmates until I met Dave. I love everything about him,” she said, adding that before she met her husband, she’d “made peace with the fact I might never meet ‘the one.'” Explained the bride, “When you meet someone later in life, especially in your forties, you have more appreciation for what that means, I think. We both had a lot of life we lived. Dave was married before. I just think at our age, at least for me, having gone through a lot in life, I appreciate this more than I would have before. And you are very clear of what you want and need, so there is no wasting time. We both just knew. We got engaged after eight months. It was just easy and right. … He loves me for who I am and he pushes me to be the best I can be. I believe in true love now. It’s never too late.” The duo first connected on the Bumble dating app in early 2020 — two weeks before coronavirus pandemic lockdowns kicked off.

Oops! Lindsay Hubbard sent both Bachelor Nation and the Bravoverse into a tizzy when she took to Instagram to share a group photo from Easter Sunday that showed her “Summer House” co-star Luke Gulbranson holding hands with former “The Bachelorette” star Tayshia Adams. When Lindsay realized her mistake, she deleted the original photo (see it here) and replaced it with a cropped version that completely cut out Tayshia and Luke. “Easter crew at #RadHouse,” she captioned the cropped shot on April 10, adding in the comments section, “Well, this is awkward.” Luke and Tayshia have yet to publicly address their apparent romance. The former Bachelorette hasn’t dated anyone publicly since she and Zac Clark called off their engagement and parted ways in late 2021. Luke, meanwhile, dated fellow Bravo star Ashley Darby for a few months in late 2022.
