Former stripper whose story inspired ‘Hustlers’ wants to be on TV
Apparently, the real “Hustlers” aren’t ready to let go of the limelight.
We’re told that after a screening of the movie hosted by New York magazine, Rosie Keo, one of the former strippers whose crime spree inspired the flick, “worked the room” at the afterparty, “soliciting advice on how to become an on-screen personality, like a ‘Real Housewife’ or maybe a host on ‘The View,’ ” according to a spy.
The mag — which published Jessica Pressler’s feature “The Hustlers at Scores” the movie was based on — bought out two Lower East Side theaters Friday for a screening for staff and friends, hosted by Pressler and new Editor-in-Chief David Haskell.
