Everything we know about Jessica Mulroney’s Netflix show as it’s confirmed BFF Meghan Markle will not appear
Meghan Markle's best friend Jessica Mulroney has secured a brand new Netflix show but sadly, the former Duchess of Sussex will not star in it.
Rumours had been swirling following news of Meghan and Prince Harry's departure from royal duties and their move to Canada, that it would be her next project, however the palace confirmed this was not true.
Jessica, who has been friends with Meghan since her time as an actress on Suits, will be helping out married couples with their second weddings after their disastrous first attempts.
The series, which is currently in production with Netflix and CTV for US and Canada, will be ten 30-minute episodes and set to air later this year.
CTV said in a statement that there were no plans for Meghan on the show, tweeting last week: "The Duchess of Sussex does not appear in upcoming @CTV series."

Jessica is a professional stylist rumoured to have worked on Meghan's wardrobe with her when she first became a royal, getting in touch with designers and asking them to dress Meghan.
A source told People at the time "She emailed the designers on the future royal’s behalf and arranged for a selection of pieces to be sent to Kensington Palace."
Jessica's children Ivy, Brian and John were also bridesmaids and page boys alongside Princess Charlotte and Prince George at Meghan and Harry's wedding.
She is also a wedding expert and will be offering her services on the show called I Do, Redo to couples whose first weddings didn't quite go how the planned.

Jessica said of working on the show in a press release: “When I believe in something, I go after it at full-speed, and I’m blessed to be able to create a show that truly inspires me.
“We are aiming to make a significant difference in the lives of our chosen couples whose first weddings did not go as planned due to tragic circumstances. This is a side of the wedding industry that has never been shown on television before."
Mum-of-three Jessica is married to Ben Mulroney, who is a Canadian television presenter and the son of former Canadian Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney.
Prior to Meghan getting engaged to Prince Harry, Jessica regularly posted pictures of herself with the royal drinking wine and on sunbathing on holiday.
It comes after Netflix’s chief content officer Ted Sarandos said he would be interested in working with Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, after they stepped away from their roles as senior members of the royal family and pursue commercial deals.
When asked if he would be interested in pursuing a project with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at an event in Los Angeles, he told PA news agency: “Who wouldn’t be interested? Yes, sure.”
