Dumped Love Island star Haris looks tense as he lands in UK after ‘street fight’ video
Love Island starHaris Namani has been pictured landing back in the UK alongside fellow co-star Anna-May Robey afterbecoming the latest contestants to be dumped from the villa.
After being eliminated from the villa earlier this week, the pair jetted out of South Africa and back to the UK, with Haris’ arrival coming aftera video of someone appearing to him engaging in a street fight emerged online.
As the pair arrived back in the country, TV personality Haris was pictured looking sombre as he headed through Heathrow Airport alongside Anna-May and their chaperones.
For the occasion, 21 year old Haris kept things casual and showed off his tan by opting for a loose plain white T-shirt which he paired with a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms and some fresh white trainers.
As he pushed a series of suitcases through the airport, including an infamous white Love Island suitcase which featured his name written in neon pink, Haris held his phone to his ear as he looked deep in conversation.
Anna-May meanwhile also looked engaged in a phone call as she made her way through arrivals in a similarly low key look.
Dressing for warmth and comfort, the 20 year old wore a matching grey sweatshirt and tracksuit bottoms which she accessorised with a pair of sliders in the same colour.
To finish off the look she wore her long brunette hair in some loose waves and sported a pair of oversized sunglasses on top of her head.
The pair’s arrival in the UK comes after they became the latest Islanders to leave the South African villa, having been evicted in a surprise double dumping.
After Aussie bombshells Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters were given the final say in which boy and which girl should be sent home, the duo decided that after careful consideration Haris and Anna-May’s time was up.
Since being dumped from the villa earlier this week, Haris hasbroken his silence regarding a video that emerged online which appeared to show him being involved in a street fight years ago.
In the video obtained by The Sun, which was originally posted on Snapchat, the man who is believed to be Haris can be seen with another man as the pair hold their hands up in a boxing stance.
“I’m devastated that this video has been seen, it’s not a reflection of my character,” Haris during his exit interview from the show.
“I’m not someone that goes looking for fights and I didn’t want to be in that situation. This was a heat of the moment thing.”
The TV personality then went on to claim that he’d “cleared the air” with the other individual involved.
“The video doesn’t show everything that happened,” he continued. “Afterwards we met up and we cleared the air. We’ve shaken hands and we get along now. It’s not something that would happen again.”
