Dec Donnelly joined by David Walliams for adorable outing with baby Isla

Declan Donnelly and Ali Astall had a surprise babysitter join them as they took baby Isla for a stroll around Manchester on Saturday.

The family-of-three were joined by David Walliams for the outing, as the Britain’s Got Talent stars took a breather from filming.

David and Dec were seen giggling away on their walk round the city while Ali took charge of the pram.

Judge David, who has a five-year-old son Alfred with his ex-wife Lara Stone, looked to be in need of a caffeine boost as he clutched a cup of coffee and hid his face behind some large shades.

David and Dec have been wrapped up shooting the latest round of auditions for the ITV talent series – which is expected to air this April.

The new series will see the TV return of Ant McPartlin following his ten month hiatus as he took time out to focus on his sobriety.

In an interview with The Sun about his comeback last month, ‘uncle’ Ant said he’d been trying to get Dec to bring his baby daughter to work with him every day.

Describing baby Isla as a ‘beautiful little thing,’ Ant said: "I’m thrilled for the pair of them. They’ve wanted to be parents for a long time. The whole world of showbiz was overjoyed for them. I know how much it means to him.”

Ant adds: “I’ve tried to get Dec to bring Isla to work every day on Britain’s Got Talent. He’s like, ‘I can’t bring her to work, I’ve got a job to do.’ But I’ve twisted his arm"

Dec and wife Ali welcomed their daughter Isla at the beginning of September last year.

The Geordie star previously said "It is literally the hardest thing I’ve ever done but I’m loving it."

He also told The Evening Standard: ""No one tells you how hard being a parent is! We could have had a warning!"
