After Debbie shared how she has recently taken up running with the help of the app Couch to 5K on the latest episode of her podcast Spill the Tea, the Strictly star revealed the details around her new pastime.

The Loose Women presenter divulged: “I hope you’re getting up to lots of good things.

“I’m really enjoying the podcast. I’m also writing a one-woman show, which I’ll keep you posted about if anything happens with it.

“But it’s sort of recalling different, funny stories and other things that have happened in my life.”

Debbie went on to explain to her listeners: “A little bit like when I started the podcast, so it’s been fun actually.”

The presenter also encouraged her listeners to look at some videos of herself and her late husband Paul Daniels, from when they performed together, which her nephew recently shared online under the magician’s old Twitter account.

Debbie continued: “And also remembering my late husband, Paul Daniels, my nephew has been putting up quite a few clips of the magic shows, and different other family videos on Twitter. They’re all under Paul’s old account.

“If you want to have a look there’s just some old clips of different bits of TV that we did.”

Debbie’s late husband, Paul, who was best known for his magic shows, died aged 77 in 2016.

Debbie, who was Paul’s assistant, recently revealed her plans to take part in an online cookalong with a session with Italian chef Giancarlo Caldesi, 68.

Last week, the radio host tweeted: “So I am trying something different today.

“I will be doing an online cook along with @MrCaldesi later.”

Debbie, who is believed to have been living alone since the death of her late partner, went on to share that she has become “really bored” of just making meals for herself at home.

She added: “So excited, really bored of just cooking on my own for myself. But love cooking.”

Soon after the star shared her exciting plans, many fans told Debbie how they could relate to her admission.

One person commented: “I know what you mean Debbie! It’s hard!”
