Danny Dyer and Beverley Knight join royalty at Olivier Awards 2019

Danny Dyer looked dapper in a snazzy tux as he joined a host of stars heading to this year's Olivier Awards.

The annual ceremony celebrates the best of British theatre, and stars came from across the globe to attend the glitzy ceremony at London's Royal Albert Hall.

EastEnders star Danny looked the part as he showed up in smart black trousers and a grey velvet jacket with a black bow tie.

The actor was snapped having a cheeky cigarette as he arrived at the famous venue, before hitting the red carpet.

He joined a host of stars as they rubbed shoulders with royalty as Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall arrived in a lovely blue frock.


Camilla sported a stunning diamond necklace and matching earrings as she made her way into the Royal Albert Hall, flanked by a team of people.

US actress Sally Field also made an appearance.

The star known for her roles in Mrs Doubtfire and Steel Magnolias wore a baby blue gown with black detailing on the sleeves, with a black shawl draped over her arms to battle the British chill.


Strictly Come Dancing judge Dame Darcey Bussell stood out from the crowd in a stunning green gown.

And Katharine McPhee looked gorgeous in a red floor-length gown with lace detailing on the front.

The former American Idol star, who starred in US drama Scorpion, is currently in London starring in musical Waitress.


Gillian Anderson posed up a storm as she glanced over her shoulder while wearing a little black dress.

The star added a splash of colour to her ensemble with a red clutch bag.

Singing legend Gloria Estefan also made an appearance, opting for a black lace dress with a floral design.


Actor Tom Hiddlestone showed up looking handsome in a blue suit and bow tie.

The British actor has made a huge name for himself in Hollywood but returned to his roots tonight to celebrate all things theatre.

Beverley Knight also made an appearance on the red carpet, looking sensational in a red dress.


The IT Crowd star Katherine Parkinson looked glamorous in a black satin gown, completing her look with a slick of red lipstick.

She's nominated for her role in play Home, I'm Darling.

Strictly Come Dancing pro Joanne Clifton walked the red carpet in a blue glittering gown.


Frasier legend Kelsey Grammer also headed to the bash.

The star was looking handsome in a classic tux and bow tie.

Anita Rani and Gok Wan braved the rain together as they hid under an umbrella on the red carpet.


Skins and Our Girl star Luke Pasqualino looked very dapper in a purple tux and bow tie as he posed for photographers.

While comedian and actor Jason Manford, who is hosting the awards, opted for a navy jacket with black trousers and a matching bow tie, as well as super shiny shoes.
