Three days after NBA legend Kobe Bryant tragically passed away in a helicopter accident with his daughter and seven others, Beyonce has broken her silence.
The 38 year old singer shared three photos on Instagram, a childhood shot of Kobe, a shot of his late daughter Gianna, and a shot of them together sitting courtside at a Lakers game.
‘I will continue to diligently pray for your Queens. You are deeply missed beloved Kobe,’ Beyonce said in the caption of the courtside shot.

Three days after the basketball legend’s death, tributes are still pouring in from all over the world, including from Staples Center in Los Angeles, where Bryant played as part of the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Los Angeles Kings played the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday, the first sporting event at Staples Center since Kobe’s death, and the Kings honored his memory with a video tribute and the players wearing commemorative stickers on their helmets.

It was also revealed on Wednesday that the National Football League (NFL) will honor Bryant at Super Bowl LIV in Miami on Sunday.
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell confirmed a tribute to Bryant will happen on Sunday, though he didn’t delve into specifics.
‘I don’t think just Los Angeles is mourning the loss of Kobe Bryant,’ Goodell began, adding, ‘I did have the opportunity to meet him. He obviously brought a lot to our world and I think all of us not only feel for the tragic events to his family but as well as everyone else who was a passenger on that helicopter.’

Bryant passed away on Sunday when the helicopter he was travelling in crashed outside of Calabasas, California.
Bryant and his 13 year old daughter Gianna were travelling to a basketball game at Bryant’s Mamba Academy in Thousand Oaks, California.
The helicopter crashed into a mountain, killing Bryant, Gianna, the pilot and six other passengers on board.

Beyonce’s tribute also comes hours after Bryant’s wife, Vanessa, broke her silence as well, in a heartfelt Instagram post.’
”My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them,’ she began.
‘We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri,’ Vanessa added.
